It was a smart move , just feel for those poor buggers that have lost hundreds of thousands ! The company actually misled the ASX and their shareholders right till the last minute , they maintained “ that they were on target” when actually they had internal problems couldn’t pay their bills and we’re paying themselves exorbitant salaries! Really don’t know how the ASX allow these types of fraudulent companies to get away with it ! Payments and share placement should be capped for directors to stop milking companies until such time as revenue is reached , let’s face it 300k for directors to run a company with no returns is ludicrous! Paying those exorbitant salaries only opens up directors to greed so why strive for perfection , the carrot should dangle in front of every director just as it dangles in front of all us shareholders ! And this should also apply to FBR ! have you seen their salary packages? There shareholding and salary just keeps going up while our holdings keep going down ! Just doesn’t seem right does it ! I’m expecting all us shareholders to be rewarded handsomely in the future for our loyalty , although we all wouldn’t be holding if we didn’t have faith in them . Start ups should have a total review of how directors should be paid imo . Stock manipulation should be a jail sentence ! A HC user makes up a fib and posts it , he/she is liable for fraud ! What about companies such as SAS and many others in the past who were fraudulent where are those directors ? Not in jail even though they swindled millions from shareholders ! Corruption at the very core !
