I still suspect deals being done in background for Texas mine once complex legal encumbrances are sorted. The secured creditor didn't want the Liquidator to disclaim the mine which is extremely odd considering they were attempting to enforce their interest. Repackaged for sale to JDR perhaps? Hard to explain what's going on but all will come to light soon.
