In the question I think you asked Rob on the q&a forum, he said "in order to take advantage of the higher zinc prices and to retain the project"

What does he mean by retain the project?

Have MZC threatened to take the project away from UCL if they do not get a move on?

I think that may be an important point for him to clarify
