Probably a win-win as intangible products incur markedly less storage, not to mention the savings on shipping and handling.
Additionally, I can see the benefits in reducing staff costs, for example, for demonstrations of the intangible products to interested parties you would only have to hire one mime artist leaving Geoff free for the day (unless Geoff knows how to do that mime where you carry the invisible box and then pretend to drop it on your foot). That is my favourite mime.
