Delboy, I must admit that my heart did race a tad when I read that gazette entry last week (see below), but I don't think it refers to Lulo, unless of course they have extended the alluvial concession to include more ground downstream/ upstream of the Cauclio Valley beyond the concession boundaries. We only get to see the summary of the gazette entry, which at best is ambiguous - "mining rights for prospecting and evaluation". It's either one or the other!
