For what it's worth, just jotting down my view regarding BOD incentives etc...
Firstly, Directors salaries appear to be very generous considering the current share price and where we are at, compared with where we were hoping to be.
I would like to see the share price back up around the 60 cent figure we saw a while back.
Whilst I expect that many of the earlier shareholders have done reasonably well, there must be quite a few more recent shareholders who bought high and saw the price plummet and as a result, we are a real mixed bunch as far as who's up and who's down...
lets get to that 60 cent mark, whatever it takes, before we agree to these incentives, which after all, are another dilution to our already low sp.
