my guess ....those in the know have been set for quite some time and are patiently waiting for developments to unfold ..... the timing of the 75M Placement (EGM) will be interesting ... my read on that, was that it was to be finalised by the the 3rd of December?? Given current sp (anyone got a recent vwap)I figure it would raise >$5M (ish) ...$2M of which, I think has to be paid VL to complete the Transact purchase, then we have a further 150M potential Placement by the 3rd of February 2008. Interesting times ...my basket is full so happy to await developments.
