That's not the way I look it Wolf-man....we have 1-2% daily dives on the bourse...with no buy depth whatsoever on ICP above 8.8c at times...and large sell orders at 9.2 - 9.5 have been taken out....people in the know have been taking the opportunity to take from the impatient whilst there has been no news filtering thru from management to shareholders...

Many are already set/taken a position - all the way thru to 16c.....the last bunch of insiders got their placement at 11c....news is what will bring ICP back to the attention to the market...people want to know what goals have been kicked the past few months....once out - we will return to prev highs and beyond very very quickly...

I notice too that all the sell caps (above 10) have been taken away in the past few days....
