Also you have to "participate"in the class action, else you get zip.
In regarding to voting, it is a waste of time. It is a "boys" club.
There is only one way of getting rid of bad rubbish and that is to bring democracy to "public companies." One share holder one vote. end of story. Failing this, no "representative" should be allowed to vote unless he has gone to the people they represent to get a vote. Institutions do not vote with their money, they vote with their investors'money.
But what is the chance of this happening when this morally bankrupt government wants to abolish the 5% rule for calling an AGM?
