    well the results of the meeting issued to the market seem to indicate no other business was discussed.

    I am intrigued by the 35m vote abstain for resolutions (1) and (3) - weird !

    Hopefully someone at the meeting - Kranky, etc - can provide an insight as to how it went and if anything was discussed outside of the resolutions?
