Not literally but the process is akin to one. Further never fear dilution as it is the most reliable method to raise money in a non producing stock and reduce reliance of debt. Now a company producing is seen as a different proposition for funding Instos and debt might be an attractive option. However as long as dilution retains and adds value I don’t mind.
