Seriously oz I have respect for you but to assume this is not factored in as this was proposed 18 months ago is pretty silly. It will also name sense that wfe starts producing without a startup resource to minimise any royalty payment on established resource. Yes this cost will be passed onto the ore supplied to wfe but not having defined resources yet will enable wfe to progress without the initial tax burden of a non producing asset. This is my understanding so correct me please if I am wrong.
