this 10% plus the cost of extraction and processing will still be miles cheaper than if cobalt was mined in Australia, I was trying to find a comparison on the ASX, then I remembered that WFE will be the only ASX listed company producing cobalt, we are the only one that will have a processing plant, so the cost to build can be taken away, the 5-7 years of your money being tied up and going nowhere can be taken away, this will also benefit the African nation and rightly so, how many large mining companies are raping African minerals and paying nothing, WFE will be able to cost this in to their prospectus and wont have to adjust numbers like some of the big boys, I see this as a positive, I also expect that the rest of the African nations will follow suit, cant wait for February/March to come around
