    Yes the 10% levy is tax deductible...and on the flip side the govt in Congo as declared cobalt a “strategic” metal....this "strategic" designation important for the economic, social and industrial future of the DRC.....2% to 10% recent increase is them getting set for the China mega demand which equals EV boom....did I mention we won’t consolidate...in quarterly...oppies done at 2.4
