I wasn't at the meeting so I'm only going by the audio recording, but my interpretation of the consolidation was that they would do it sometime during 2011 when the company is fundamentally stable and sound enough to support that pyschological "higher share price". They mentioned a 5:1, and that they would probably end up having the share price around 50cents once the consolidation has taken place...

Now is my interpretation correct because it appears as though a few reckon that the consolidation won't take place until the share price is at 50cents. This would be a few years down the track...
