Operationally being 'first class' is because of the employees doing a fantastic job, not management (directors etc) all patting themselves on the back and doing nothing to improve s/p.

take a listen to what B.DEAR SAID ON BRR "we do not need to do anything at the moment, we are still making a profit at current prices," that's all well and good but it doesn't do anything for all of the s/holders seeing the value at 1.5 cents.

I spoke to a few of the s/holders after the meeting and they were beginning to realize all was not well at management level after response to question asked.
