Attended agm this morning, results as follows, all figures in millions of shares,

resolution 1. for 1385 against 160 went to poll
resolution 2. 1331 248 went to poll
resolution 3. 1332 248 went to poll
resolution 4. 1336 9
resolution 5. 1314 243
resolution 6. 47 1532

resolution 2. 1372 258
resolution 3. 1372 258

so result was resolutions 1 through 5 were carried, resolution 6 overwhelmingly defeated.

There were a number of questions asked by obviously professional people 'in the know' types and my interpretation was that management was less than 'on the ball' with their answers, hopefully management will inform all shareholders of questions asked and answers given, my personal opinion is that although the operation, and minesite is performing well, management needs to lift their game or by next agm shareholders will be awake to their deficiencies and seek changes?
