not all resolutions were carried, res 6 was overwhelmingly voted against as figures show, a s/holder moved an addendum to the proposed res which read " however, before any issue of equity securities, a special meeting of shareholders be held to consider such action," this was not voted upon because when they showed the votes for and against the resolution, the resolution was not supported.

any knowledge of a t/over was discounted as a no, said that a consolidation had been thought about, but no action taken, a number of questions were asked regarding director disclosures, with a response that they were happy to disclose, (thought that was mandatory), with regard to s/p a waffled response blaming POG, although for last 5 months it has taken a downward spiral, number of employees 190 for 2 shifts,

All agreed on the operating and production of the minesite is first class, however my thoughts on management needs a lot to be desired, s/p should be double at least what it is and more, hope they take the comments made seriously or time is up.
