Still can't rule out the brother in law scenario. Probably an area requiring immediate research.
Also, I take the "Global" ambitions pretty seriously. I'd be surprised if this one starts paying a dividend, any time soon.
Truth is, there is no history of returning capital to shareholders (not that there's been any cashflow to do it with, up until now).
I actually can't blame the directors too much for the 4c capital raising... there was plenty of opportunity to get in at that price, and it was an SPP.
