Unfortunately I have to agree based a (regrettable) experience with PBT
Management there were confident - right up until the point where the trial was unblinded - and were clearly not getting 'nods and winks' based on their reaction to the news on the trial
There was positive social media coverage for the trial (see the 'Lawler' video)
and positive mouse trials (and promising human indicators from earlier trials)
That said the problem with PBT MAY have been very poor trial design (and a very underpowered sample size) - but the market is very unforgiving
The reality of trials - you can never be 100% confident in advance
That said, I am a holder and positive about NEU prospects
