. Snapshot date for eligibility to vote at the Annual
General Meeting (which is the date on which you must
own Shares) 5.00pm 28 May 2008
. Annual General Meeting 30 May 2008
. Consolidation 30 May 2008
. Deferred settlement trading commences 3 June 2008
. Record Date 10 June 2008
. Dispatch Date for security holding statements 17 June 2008
