    This highlights one of my biggest gripes. Official, legally binding information from the company. Pfft, what do I need to bother reading that for? Some unverifiable nitwit here or on social media dribbling crap. It has to be true!

    The second paragraph of the Notice of the AGM contained information, both figuratively and literally in black-and-white, information on how to register for and attend the AGM virtually.
