The new board basically gave DB's the flick when they took over. They didn't see it as worthy of announcing.
CITIC were appointed to do what DB's were.
On seeing the logic to that point Mr Eldridge could understand our confusion based on an appointment being announced but DB's termination not being announced.
Not much more to elaborate on as the line of questioning was more along "Why do you have two mobs doing this?" than "Why did you dump DB?"
