OBJ is in its early stages with the patches. All these years they spent money to find this product. Now they have two choice

1. raise capital by dilution and do the necessary things for commercialisation/ production or what ever they are planning to do with their own money or

2. partner with some other cashed up company in return for a stake in the company or a royalty.

3. Finance from the bank at high interest rate?

Which one would you choose?

Also they have been on the side line focusing on this patch for years with the help of some University (cant remember which one) and when its time to commercialise it, why wouldn't they and reap the reward for them self and the patient share holders?

Ask yourself that question and put yourself in that position and think what would you be doing or for that reason any business minded person would do?

I am sure OBJ is doing all this to make MONEY and not as a contribution to the cause of humanity and wouldn't give away the technology to others for nothing.
