But do Bathurst have independence even now. They seem to be unable to make decisions that benefit BRL at a BT level because of the structure and decision making guidelines at the BT joint venture Juncture. Access to the rail was tied up by Solid; ergo that has passed to BT. Why would the Talleys directors want BRL to use any of the slack when they can produce more at the BT level and get their cut.
May be just the cynic in me but I believe BRL needs to try for alternate paths to market
