Realistically you'd expect that the company will have 280m-300m shares on issue when they reach that quantum of TTV (GMV) - for example they are about to issue 7m to Coatue which will move them from 253m to 260m. If the current market cap to GMV ratio continues to hold true, that translates to GMV of $42b-$45b to generate an SP of $166.66. My best guesstimate is that they will reach this level some time in FY24.

Of course that is before any new business lines which you touch upon in a later post.
