I just want to paraphrase an awesome comment by the A2 Chairman which I believe is relevant to APT:
- when one enters the market as a disruptor, naturally they'll have 100% market share. As time progresses, new entrants will come in and the disruptor will always end up with less than 100% - the flip side is new entrants help grow the category as a whole, which reinforces the value proposition. The disruptor therefore ends up in a far better position than when they started - take Cleanex tissues, the iPhone, etc.
