    Ikarat,

    Understand that the truth of the matter may be difficult to stomach, but not banking healthy profits when they present themselves is hardly clever or an act of success on my part. But we live and learn I guess.

    It is however disgraceful IMO that certain former employees were able to walk away from the mess they created relatively unscathed don't you think?

    And being a newbie you may not have been around when I headlined the thread 'Cambodian Tenements No Longer?' a few months back and well in advance of the company confirming as much to shareholders.
    Well to make matters worse, there's recent comment (from the same source) on another public forum that now suggests;

    a) Indochine has failed to pay all of its Cambodian employees for many months and
    b) Indochine owes a heap of taxes to the Cambodian government but has failed to pay.

    Now IF these comments are also true then is it any wonder that the tenements got cancelled by the Cambodian Governent for non compliance, and IF so then I suppose we should all raise our glasses once again to congratulate Stephen Promnitz, Ashok Jairath and certain members of the former board for all of their hard work, candid disclosure and eagerness to protect the interests of all shareholders in exchange for hundreds of thousands of dollars in remuneration. Well done guys.
