Yes the question to management if the quarterly is not released prior to the AGM is why hasn't it. All shareholders should be fully informed of the financial situation of the company prior to the AGM.
I can also guess their response to the 'when do we expect meaningful revenue' question. It'll be along the lines of "we have no control over P&G marketing/sale plans".
