So guys if you were planning a short attack where would you focus.
EBITDA margin - well no its rising not falling
China growth - well no not with figures like 54% growth for english (higher priced label) and the huge ecommerce increase
China regulation. Well no NZ free trade agreement no tariffs on IF
US growth - well no 100% growth which might be even higher because of coffee creamer revenue and 2,000 more stores and impact of big tv advertising campaign in December
Competition - well no growth is too great for competition to be significant
Valuation well no a pe of 28 the average for growth stocks would place the share price at 15.80
So I quess the shorts might do a rethink and exit- they have absolutely no rumors or leverage they can exert anywhere.
