Huge improvement on last year, loved how they put questions aside about price etc. It's all about brand loyalty now. Could not agree more
The USA result truly surprised, I was doing my own little research project while travelling through Cali in May. Brand awareness seemed very low, as did presence.
That means huge YOY potential
