Hi mate, hope all is well.
Since the majority of posts here seem to be based on confirmation bias, I completely agree with your buy at 13.78
Yesterday I told you it needs to break 14.06( did have about 1300 shares trade above that) so my confirmation bias for the day is same as yesterday. Has to hold 13.78 and break convincingly 14.06.
Current price 13.81, market vwap 13.96
