To add to the woes the 12 month range on CNQ has been 12.5-4.8c. Trading RIGHT NOW at 0.055 close to the low.
The high was on 22 November last year (close to AGM). Market cap is today $15,500,000.
I wonder if the delay on Mitsubishi releasing the further funds on environmental approval is a simple as this. The whole company is trading at CLOSE TO the proposed injection value.
If they offered .17c a share they would probably get the whole company and only at a premium of 25% to 12 months high.
They get as much tungsten as they wanted at a price they set not a metals exchange.
