Well why would a couple of newbie large holders buy in then vote against the BOD?
Most small other holders probably either sheep or just praying and hoping that some miracle can happen would be my guess....
Why does just because some yankie ex ENT surgeon now hot shot? now turned banker? thinks it will work ...and a couple of Hong Kong based ?doctors as well - Why does that mean it will be a rip roarer for current RI’s?
Call me a bit bemused, or even naive but I say that’s BS...
Why didn’t WP give some idea how much capital would be required to bring TAVR to market? Using his Code Red?
If the current holders are in it to flog TAVR off that’s great - but IMO that’s their only hope.
Trusting it any further to this lot IMO is only going to be more of an ongoing dilutionary disaster. Just as it’s always been
anyway.
