That's what i was thinking ST...

While i'm not happy with the placement being at a significant discount & even more so the terms of the options attatched, i do think at this point it's much more in the interests of both company & shareholders that this doesn't get disputed then drawn out over a lengthy period while it gets re-structured & maybe spooks international investors.

The company will still have under 400m shares & this should take them through to cash sustainability.

If i was going to argue something in the placement though it would be either shorter lifes attatched to those options or higher conversion prices - something that would atleast show a much higher degree of confidence in where the company is travelling or provide or a shorter term funding option should it be required in the next 12 months.
