FWIW - i think if the placement went directly to shareholders it still would of been heavily subscribed without the discount simply based on the ratio of options allocated with 5 year terms and close to exercise value.
A free option to increase the size of your uptake by 50% is a pretty good ploy to take a 7c placement & would of either raised more funds or reduced the size of the allocation....
