Our team in Spain is doing very well thanks to genius marketing management we have in Spain for more then a 1 year. His name is Antonio who was the first one to break the ice in EU to start sales and now selling in hospitals in Spain as announced by company. Obviously sale won't be massive to consider material and hence company not announcing it.
Someone like Antonio should have been picked as Director on Board with 4 million free options and I would have voted YES YES YES YES ... look at the experience of marketing products with Boston Scientific, BTG, Alexion, Shire and Osteoplac (22 year experience) .... like how on earth Otto and Nigel can ignore such a talent by not giving him board seat with 4 million free options ? I Normally don't support freebies to anyone but this guy probably helped OSL start selling in Spain and we need skill like that to be retained .... in my opinion... !
