low quality you mean the management from RAP that sold their company at 50% discount from all time high ? ... lol and forgot there was CAP raise as well to sophisticated investors as well when share price was roughly 5c for about 98m new shares ? was that smart dilution where you give out 5c shares to insto dilute the retail holder ? ... i know who is low quality... lol
