This is the second allocation of shares picked up by Kerry Stokes. Stokes took the first allocation back in July (14.8M or 19.9%) and at the October Board meeting it was voted again to sell to Stokes, this was alway's the intent to sell the second lot.
Stay on board warlock, Stokes doesn't pick things like this up for the sake of it.

(100% owned subsidiary of Australian Capital Equity Pty Limited) a company
with which Mr. Kerry Stokes is associated with, has acquired 19.9% (14,819,530
ordinary shares) of Iron Ore Holdings Ltd with an option to acquire a further
20.4% (15,180,470 ordinary shares) subject to shareholder approval.
