You need to send this to the company and ask for a reply at the general meeting. All share holders need to be advised and kept up to date in layman's terms. This will stop the company and others on hotcopper distorting the facts.
I know you cannot be present that is why you should forward your questions and ask for them to be answered at the meeting.
