Listening to a lightweight.
What works in one part of the company development cycle doesnt necessarily hold for another part of it.
Its that simple. Best for the business and best for retail shareholders can be the same thing but only occurs with tight due diligence on management behaviour. And this management recently showed they will act in their own interest against that of the business.
