Smarty, the 25% is there as a contingency. We no longer need it. Circumstances change. Financially we are meant to be in a strong position, hence the argument for the loans. Management's hands aren't tied either. With this tech they should have many options, especially once Fuji is signed. We can at least last 1 more year until next AGM. If we then need the $, then by all means we can open the door to a placement.
