The way this company has been treating us, with the ongoing silence and whatever else which is totally unacceptable IMHO, let alone that famous ""FRIVOLOUS ISSUE"" which ended up costing us many millions of dollars (Something which they are not willing to share with us, although I do understand that an out of Court settlement is usually kept under lock and keys, but not the amount of legal fees paid and to whom), the Sect.249D is the only solution.
Once again, Interesting to find out what those legal fees to defend that "Frivolous Issue" was, and to whom they were been paid to. But.................you could ask that CS#2 and see if you get an answer.
