I know almost nothing about the oil & gas sector, but from my experience managing teams one of the most energy-sapping things is changes constantly being proposed that distract focus from a chosen path. "Perfect" is the enemy of "good".
I'm not "in the know" enough to know if it's for better or worse, but Cottee is no longer at CTP and Leon is now the guy at the helm. The current reality is that NGP is flowing, Dukas and some other prospects are being pursued, cashflow is positive, debt is being paid down and is soon to be renegotiated on better terms. The ball is now rolling, and hopefully gaining momentum.
The SP being stubbornly anchored at 14 +/- 1c for a year now is disappointing, but I don't see that as management's fault or even something they should pay attention to. If management runs the company profitably then the SP will take care of itself because eventually money talks.
I suspect the best thing shareholders could do is to forget that the company exists for 6months to give management clear air to focus on building that momentum. Suggestions of a groundroots call for something like a company or asset restructure, with no details yet proposed only a couple of months out from an AGM, when the existing management have been in place less than a year, strikes me as chaotic and idiotic.
