only a few things to vote on here one thing being the resolution to place 20m shares for the gas deal / proposal. this would still leave the company with approx <160m shares. may need funding for this, have to wait and see.
as usual, directors love to give themselves options for doing nothing more than there job, a job which they are paid for, probably paid more than they deserve. good thing is though that the shares have to reach a certain price before options can be exercised. although this price is only at 2.5c this may well reflect a very cheap entry price for option buying. options are holding well at 1.6c and tomorrow could see the price rise significantly if the gas deal is any good.
