Just got all the paper work for the AGM vote.
I'm voting AGAINST the remuneration report. How can you give a bonus for a 3 month CFO and if you annualise Milicevic's (ex CFO) pay its over $679k. Also Kenny is way overpaid and the bonus for something late (CE Mark) is ridiculous.
Also voting AGAINST the ESOP - the share plan is ridiculous and they need to adopt options as a plan, as shares have been given away too generously and we have staff voting on unvested shares etc.
Also voting against Performance Shares for D Kenny. How can we be asked to support more shares for someone putting in less than $1k in the rights issue. His actions have shown he is not an equity believer in the Company and its nigh time he moves on.
Voting for the other two.

As an aside still believe strongly that OSL is very undervalued and will pop, once some sales and TGA and HDE are approved. Would go even higher IMHO if the Board changed CEO.
