I find it incredible that the board and CEO are looking for shareholders vote towards the remuneration report given the recent under performance.I will be voting against and will continue to do so until the stock performs to its obvious potential. I hope that collectively shareholders can use their vote to make a statement that we are not accepting of the current position and that they must work harder to make an improvement.
As with most share holders we continue to invest on the market and also through the rights issue. The CEO is not able to contribute which shows a complete lack of confidence so why would share holders show confidence in return?
I will be voting against on Performance Shares, Rem Report & Share Plan.
