    Chair/Board,
    Evidently votes went against the Chair/Board, which led to an AGM adjournment.
    Surely Chinese shareholders are hardly likely to buy a disfunctional Company - BFC is a loss maker and deals in "fresh air".
    Please Chair/Board come clean and disclose by Resolution all votes cast.
    Suspect big hit to you Roger but an adjournment probably means a bigger one is coming.

    Santa won't save Sexton/Board. Change may save BFC.
