I'm too lazy to look up how many shares are on the register, but one thing I did notice is that 'all' of the resolutions got passed at the AGM by a substantial number of votes, with very minimal votes against (Low 2M).
Surely you guys must have noticed this.
This means to me that at least Norgard, (possibly also WR, & Patterson etc.) either did not vote, or voted in favour of all the resolutions, even re-election of Peter Luk and so on.
How interesting. Those guys were either coerced into voting 'for', or just to save their bacon? Might have expected WR to vote against, but doesn't look likely, judging by the small number of votes against.
