Issues are company structure, separation of income producing / near income producing assets from frontier exploration, dividends versus capital growth only, unconventional exploration and fracing vs conventional exploration only, exponential growth in Head Office people / consultants versus returns to owner / shareholders, disclosures, timely communication versus after events in Annual Report, unsignalled unexplained corporate changes, owner shareholder agreement to Boards preferred technical basis to ongoing prospects development, Traders aren't interested - continuing owner / shareholders must be and be pro-active.
